About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at JW Marriott Doha. You will set tables, communicate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas, ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique hospitality journey.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange dining settings, ensuring all supplies are ready for service.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to relay orders and address any special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional appearance.
