About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at our W Hotels restaurant. You will be responsible for a range of front‑of‑house duties, ensuring service standards are met while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, manage dining area cleanliness, and maintain supplies.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve food and beverages to guests.
- Assist guests with menu information, answer questions, and handle transactions.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and move around varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
