Female Fitness Instructor – Group & Personal Training

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a passionate Female Fitness Instructor to lead dynamic group classes and deliver personalized training to guests in our luxury hotel gym. You will help members achieve their health goals while upholding the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging group fitness sessions such as HIIT, CrossFit, TABATA, strength and circuit training.
• Conduct one‑on‑one personal training sessions, creating tailored workout plans.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and monitor participant safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• High School Diploma or diploma in Physical Fitness; Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or Sports is a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Qualified personal trainer with CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate guests.
