Finance Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of a hotel within the Accor network, ensuring profitability, robust financial controls, and support for strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and business plans; monitor departmental expenses.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Support revenue management by analysing room, F&B and other income streams, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and bank relationships to guarantee operational liquidity.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and supplier payments.
• Control operating costs, review purchasing activities and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Establish and maintain internal financial policies, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare documentation and implement recommendations.
• Oversee payroll processing, labor cost monitoring and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage inventory and fixed‑asset records, conduct periodic verifications.
• Lead, train and evaluate the finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance functions in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, revenue management and operations teams.
