Finance Manager – Lead Financial Governance & JV Oversight

About the role

Gulf Helicopters Company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to steer the company’s financial governance, accounting operations, budgeting, reporting, treasury, insurance administration, and joint‑venture oversight. The role is pivotal for ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Finance Department, fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance.
• Direct annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, monitoring performance against targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, treasury and month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements and internal accounting controls.
• Oversee financial performance of joint ventures and affiliated businesses, establishing governance frameworks and reporting structures.
• Administer corporate insurance programs, coordinating with brokers and underwriters to maintain adequate coverage.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with legal, operational and executive teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing finance teams.
