About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Fire Watch for a 1-3 month assignment at RLIC in Doha, Qatar. The role stands by during hot work activities such as welding, cutting and grinding, monitoring sparks and flammable materials and ensuring fire prevention measures are in place.
Key responsibilities
- Stand by during hot work activities (welding, cutting, grinding)
- Monitor sparks and flammable materials, and ensure fire prevention measures
- Respond immediately with fire extinguishers and report hazards
- Assist in emergency response
Required profile
- NGL safety/fire watch certification (mandatory)
- 2-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of fire prevention and firefighting techniques
- Ability to stay vigilant in high-risk environments
