Food & Beverage Hostess (Pullman Hotel)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Food & Beverage Hostess to join our Pullman hotel in Doha. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations and ensuring a smooth flow of service throughout the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating plans to maintain an effortless guest flow.
• Coordinate with servers and the kitchen to keep service seamless.
• Assist guests with menu guidance, specials and restaurant information.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized and inviting reception and dining areas.
• Support table operations during busy periods, including serving and clearing.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest‑facing customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work confidently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reservation systems.
• Basic computer skills.
