Food & Beverage Internship

About the role

Mondrian Doha, a Mondrian hotel with food and nightlife venues across eight locations, is offering an internship in its Food & Beverage department. You will support the F&B team in daily operations across restaurants, bars and events, learning service standards and hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars and events.
• Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare tables, mise-en-place and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
• Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling their requests with care.
• Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
• Support the team during events, themed nights and special promotions.
• Show enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.
• Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.
