About the role

The Front Desk Agent is a Guest Experience Expert who creates memorable, seamless stays for guests from check‑in to check‑out. You will be empowered to move around the property, address operational needs, and deliver personalized service that reflects the Le Méridien brand.

Key responsibilities

Process operational tasks, handle guest requests, and complete daily reports.
Share local area highlights and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
Ensure professional appearance, confidentiality, and consistent communication with guests and team members.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
No supervisory experience, license, or certification needed.
