About the role
As a Front Desk Supervisor (Residences) you will lead daily front office operations, delivering memorable experiences and spreading the warmth of hospitality to every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise front office team, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and guest service delivery.
- Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre‑shift meetings and provide on‑the‑spot training and feedback.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly, supporting team members with complex or escalated issues.
- Monitor lobby traffic and adjust team coverage in real time to maintain service efficiency.
- Lead department initiatives or ad‑hoc projects as required.
