Front Office Manager

About the role

The Front Office Manager assists in overseeing all front office functions at a hospitality property in Lusail, Qatar. This role ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, high guest satisfaction, and effective team performance across Bell/Door staff, switchboard, and guest services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in daily administration of front office functions, including Bell/Door staff, switchboard and guest services.
• Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check‑in and check‑out processes and high guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve disputes and ensure timely communication with guests and staff.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedule employees and maintain service standards while meeting financial objectives.
• Provide leadership and coaching to front office team members, acting as a role model and ensuring continuity of operations in the manager’s absence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk or a related area, or a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, influence and resolve conflicts.
• Understanding of how front office operations impact overall property financial performance.
