About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a motivated Runner to support service operations at GAIA, its upscale dining concept in Doha. The role involves swiftly delivering dishes, assisting the floor team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience in a high‑end environment. You will work closely with chefs and wait staff to maintain timing and quality standards throughout service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar role within fine‑dining or upscale restaurant concepts.
- Fluent English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
- Currently residing in Doha and available for a trial shift.
