About the role

A leading holding company specializing in the textile and garment industry is hiring an experienced Garment Factory Manager in Qatar. The manager oversees all factory operations and production, optimizes the use of manpower, machinery and materials, and leads a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all factory operations and production activities.
• Plan and optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, budgets and timelines are met.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor factory performance and profitability.
• Coordinate with sales and planning departments to keep production running smoothly.
• Lead, motivate and evaluate employees while maintaining a disciplined and productive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Garment Factory Manager.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and factory management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including managing multicultural teams.
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage operations effectively.

Required skills

• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
