Gourmet Coffee Barista (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Gourmet Coffee Barista to join our Food & Beverage team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Doha. The role involves delivering high‑quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional service to guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the area.
• Take guest orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare coffee and related beverages.
• Operate the cash register system, handle payments, provide change, and complete end‑of‑shift cash reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee cart, tables, dishes, and work areas throughout the shift.
• Ensure appliances such as coffee makers are turned on/off at appropriate times and follow all safety and security procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for an entire shift, including lifting up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
