Graduate Trainee – International Wealth & Premier Banking (Qatari Nationals)

About the role

The O’fuq Graduate Trainee programme is a 30‑month rotational scheme within HSBC’s International Wealth & Premier Banking division in Qatar. It is open exclusively to Qatari nationals and aims to develop future leaders through four nine‑month rotations across key business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations, each lasting around nine months, to gain specialist knowledge of HSBC’s operations and wealth‑management services.
• Work with senior colleagues to define, manage and achieve business targets across the global network.
• Engage in leadership development activities, including mentoring, communication training and teamwork projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 2.0/4.0.
• Qatari national.
• Strong analytical, financial and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Interest in international business and a global working environment.
