About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and unique stay at our luxury property in Doha. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through check‑in, their entire stay, and check‑out while delivering personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through their entire stay, providing local area highlights and recommendations.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and handle guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
- Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication at all times.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
