The expert takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, from handling operational needs and guest requests to completing reports and sharing local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable guest experience across the stay, from arrival to departure
• Process operational needs and handle guest requests
• Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and keep a professional appearance and communication style
• Work on your feet and move around, lifting and carrying objects of 10 pounds or less without assistance

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
