Guest Relation Officer

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Guest Relation Officer to deliver friendly, efficient and personalised service to guests. The role covers guest reception, anticipating needs, handling enquiries and complaints, and promoting hotel facilities and events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate friendly, efficient and personalised guest services
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as required
• Anticipate guest needs, handle enquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Welcome and escort guests to different areas of the hotel
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, products and services and promote them and special events
• Communicate guest feedback to the Front Office Manager and report operational issues to management with recommendations
• Follow Front Office policies, the Hotel Handbook and brand standards, and uphold Responsible Business ethics

Required profile

• Previous Guest Relations or Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional and confident with good grooming
• Ability to handle VIP guests, special requests and complaints professionally
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service standards and hotel operations
• Knowledge of hotel facilities, outlets, promotions and local attractions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hotel environment
