Guest Relations Intern – Hospitality Experience

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the hospitality industry, learn from experienced professionals, and develop valuable skills in customer service and guest relations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
• Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
• Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
