Guest Relations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Guest Relations Intern to join the Alwadi Hotel Doha team. This 3‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in delivering exceptional service to our guests and supporting the Guest Relations department in a vibrant 5‑star boutique hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Assist with check‑ins, check‑outs and reservation handling under supervision.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Support the coordination of guest activities, special events and feedback collection.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism or related degree program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
