About the role
The Guest Relations Officer will be the front‑line ambassador for the OWV Lounge at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. You will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience by anticipating needs and responding promptly to inquiries. This role combines proactive service with a commitment to the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests entering the OWV Lounge, providing accurate information about facilities and services.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with professionalism and speed.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to guarantee smooth operations and timely fulfilment of guest wishes.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and follow‑up actions in the Front Office system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and suggest innovative solutions.
Required profile
- College degree in hotel management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Front Office Systems for logging guest interactions and managing reservations.
