Guest Services Agent – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Services Agent is a key member of the Front Office team at a luxury hotel in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering the brand’s legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, check‑in, and escort guests promptly to their rooms.
• Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles.
• Handle cash drawer and cash float according to the hotel’s policy, including cash‑out, adjustment slips and bank count reports.
• Provide courteous and efficient service throughout the guest’s stay, responding to requests promptly.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations, PBX and Room Service to fulfil guest requests.
• Communicate clearly with the Night Duty Manager and Accounting Department.
• Maintain good knowledge of hotel outlets and products.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic, passionate, sociable, engaging, genuine and well‑organised.
• Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office products and the hotel management system (HMS).
