Head of Home Segment (Fiber and 5G Home Internet)

About the role

The Head of Home Segment owns the end-to-end P&L for the Home business (Fiber and 5G Home Internet), covering revenue, costs, EBITDA and customer KPIs. The role defines and executes short-, medium- and long-term strategies to grow the Home business, manages a portfolio of services including high-speed Fiber broadband, 5G wireless home internet, voice and smart home value-added services, and leads cross-functional collaboration with sales, rollout, fulfillment, network, IT, customer care, finance and regulatory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Home segment P&L and set and oversee sales, distribution and rollout strategies to maximize coverage, penetration and conversion of Fiber
• Develop and manage a competitive portfolio of Home services and lead Home + Mobile + Content strategies for retention, cross-selling and higher lifetime value
• Innovate on pricing, packaging and features, and manage revenue forecasts, pricing, discounts and cost optimization
• Drive customer acquisition and base management across retail, direct sales, telesales, digital and partner channels, and work with the Head of Consumer Sales, CXO and CVM
• Lead customer retention through base management, loyalty programs and experience enhancement, and champion digital transformation for self-service and better NPS
• Work with terminals, technology and supply chain to optimize device costs and the Wi-Fi experience
• Build, lead and motivate a high-performance Home business team and represent the segment at executive meetings and external forums

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field (MBA is a strong plus)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in telecommunications, particularly broadband, fiber or wireless home services
• Proven success in P&L management, subscriber growth and revenue/profit targets
• Experience in the Middle East or similar fast-evolving markets, ideally from a challenger Fiber player
• Strong background in geo-marketing, marketing, product development and customer experience
