Digital Channel Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Channel Owner to develop and enhance our digital channel capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement of features, services, and customer journeys in line with Vodafone’s digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the launch and integration of new digital services, ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, technology, and vendor partners to deliver seamless experiences across web and app platforms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify innovation opportunities.
• Support commercial teams with digital enablement for offers, campaigns, and product launches while ensuring operational readiness.
• Provide analysis, insights, and reporting on channel usage, adoption, and performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end digital channel operations, including technical development, performance, and user‑experience improvements.
• Define and prioritize digital roadmap items in collaboration with product, technology, and commercial stakeholders.
• Manage vendor deliverables and ensure adherence to Vodafone’s standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, e‑commerce systems, and web/mobile technologies.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies is preferred.
