Head of Information Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our digital transformation and support business growth. The role oversees all IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT function, including infrastructure, ERP, Oracle E‑Business Suite, POS systems, cybersecurity, and end‑user support.
• Develop and implement the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee administration, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS, ERP modules, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, vendor relationships, disaster‑recovery planning, and IT governance while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions, improve operational efficiency, and automate processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver excellent service and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience managing ERP systems, preferably Oracle E‑Business Suite, and enterprise applications.
• Proven knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, network administration, system integration, disaster recovery, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
