Head of Sales & Leasing (Mid‑Management)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Leasing to lead daily sales and leasing activities for assigned real‑estate projects in Qatar. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales and leasing opportunities and implement integrated strategies for each project.
• Conduct multi‑channel client meetings, showcase upcoming properties, and perform site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, real‑estate agencies, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Implement a customer‑acquisition process using an integrated CRM system and manage end‑to‑end transaction documentation.
• Monitor market trends, land residual values, and pricing dynamics to inform sales tactics.
• Support the sales team in planning, executing, and tracking activities; prepare regular sales and leasing reports.
• Lead a team of property consultants and leasing agents, set targets, monitor pipelines, and assist in closing high‑value deals.
• Ensure all tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and deposits comply with Qatari real‑estate brokerage law.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of real‑estate sales and leasing experience with leading developers in Qatar or the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of Qatar real‑estate laws and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for customer acquisition and transaction management.
