Head of UI/UX – Founding Designer

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Head of UI/UX to own the complete redesign of Mudir Amali PA, a premium platform serving VIP customers. You will define the product vision, craft a sophisticated user experience, and build a world‑class design organization from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of UI, UX, and brand direction for the platform.
• Audit the existing system and design an intuitive, high‑end experience tailored to VIP expectations.
• Create a cohesive, modern brand language and scalable design system.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are handed off efficiently and built accurately.
• Establish the design culture, recruit, mentor, and lead a top‑tier design team.

• Highly autonomous and proactive – you identify problems and deliver solutions without waiting for direction.
• Proven ability to transform complex data and workflows into elegant, premium user experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product redesigns and premium brand development.
• Strategic leader capable of building and scaling a design department.
