Head of Workforce Planning & Total Rewards

About the role

Under the leadership of the HR Manager, this role leads the development and implementation of workforce planning, organization effectiveness, total rewards, HR systems, and people analytics strategies to support the company's business objectives and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement short‑, medium‑, and long‑term workforce planning strategies aligned with the Long‑Range Business Plan.
• Oversee organization design and effectiveness initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support growth.
• Provide strategic advice on organizational structures, workforce optimization, and ensure plans align with budgets.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain talent.
• Manage annual salary review, performance bonus processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the annual manpower budgeting process, forecast workforce costs and provide recommendations to optimize personnel expenses.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions, oversee job evaluation activities and uphold the grading framework.
• Deliver workforce analytics, dashboards and regular reports to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; CIPD qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of compensation & benefits experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, communicate effectively, adapt to complex situations and drive innovation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in workforce analytics and reporting.
• Fluency in English (required); Arabic is a plus.
