About the role

The Heart of House Specialist provides essential support across kitchen, food & beverage, and employee dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and efficient operation of all dining ware and equipment. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of service expected at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain clean linen and spotless dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers and hand‑wash stations.
• Transport dishware and supplies throughout the hotel.
• Follow all company safety, security, and maintenance reporting procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lb.
• Willingness to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and develop positive working relationships.
• Commitment to adhering to quality standards and company policies.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment operation.
• Ability to follow safety training and certifications.
