HORECA Customers Growth Specialist

About the role
The HORECA Customers Growth Specialist will join Kafy’s team in Doha to drive the expansion of its restaurant, hotel and café client portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on acquiring new customers and deepening relationships within the food‑service supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire potential HORECA clients across Qatar.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés and kitchen operators.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans and growth‑hacking initiatives.
- Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Required profile
- Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting market data.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented problem‑solver.
- Familiarity with the HORECA industry or B2B supply‑chain management, especially in Qatar.
