Hostess – Luxury Hotel Front‑of‑House

About the role

We are seeking a warm, welcoming and service‑oriented Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our luxury hotel restaurant in Doha. The Hostess sets the tone for the dining experience by greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring smooth seating.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and hotel services.
• Coordinate with the floor team to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Maintain a tidy and organized host station.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hostess role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑first attitude.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems.
