About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures that every guest area—from guest rooms to public spaces—maintains the highest standards of appearance and hygiene. Working at Le Méridien in Lusail, you will contribute to creating memorable, high‑quality experiences for a diverse, cosmopolitan clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, linens, or housekeeping services.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and safety compliance.
• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures, including proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, confidential, and professional work environment.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Understanding of hotel cleanliness standards and procedures.
