Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join a prestigious hotel within the Accor network as a Housekeeping Attendant. You will play a key part in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Assist guests during their stay, responding promptly to requests in coordination with the Supervisor and Coordinator.
• Personalise the guest experience by taking initiative and respecting privacy and belongings.
• Supervise end‑of‑day closing of the service area, securing equipment and eliminating hazards.
• Prepare trolleys with amenities, cleaning supplies, minibar items, and fresh linen before each shift.
• Identify and record rooms marked with “MAKE UP” or “Do Not Disturb” signs, ensuring proper handling.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Preferably female, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in a 5‑star hotel, is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English required.
• Physically active and efficient, able to handle the demands of a fast‑paced environment.
