HR Generalist – Business Partner & Talent Management

About the role

Join MBRF, a leading global food company, as an HR Generalist supporting business leaders and employees across Qatar. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, ensuring HR initiatives align with business needs while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnering, advising managers on policies, processes, and employee matters.
• Support performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Deliver first‑level employee‑relations support, assist investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and off‑boarding.
• Maintain organizational structure data, position management and HR reporting accuracy.
• Assist learning and development activities, conduct training needs analysis and coordinate programs with the Talent team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Experience with employee‑lifecycle processes, employee relations and HR programs.
• Exposure to performance management, talent management, recruitment and engagement initiatives.
• Ability to work in a matrix or multinational environment.
• Strong professionalism, confidentiality and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors (or other HRIS) – preferred.
• HRIS systems management and data reporting.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
