About the role
We are seeking an HR Officer to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team at our Doha location. The role involves handling employee records, assisting candidates, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files.
- Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail, and manage HR supplies.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and welcome guests following company standards.
- Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and maintain the application area.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using computers for data entry and document preparation.
- Basic knowledge of filing and record‑keeping procedures.
