HR School Fees Officer

About the role

The School Fees Officer is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of school fee reimbursements for employees across Qatar Airways Group, ensuring timely and accurate service while complying with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile monthly school fee payment receipts and confirm payout amounts to Finance Payroll.
• Maintain and verify the verification log, performing independent checks when required.
• Generate periodic reports on school fee reimbursements and monitor disputes, rejections, or partial approvals.
• Collaborate with IT to improve the HRMS module and implement controls that reduce manual interventions.
• Coordinate with Remuneration and Policies teams on eligibility criteria and exceptional fee‑claim approvals.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of HR administration, preferably in the airline industry or school‑accounting context.
• Strong experience handling high volumes of school‑fee claims efficiently.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Financial data analysis, reporting and reconciliation.
• Experience with HRMS platforms and online process development.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
