HSE Officer – Dukhan PTW holder

About the role

Mindstream is seeking an experienced HSE Officer for an oil and gas project in Dukhan, Qatar. Candidates must hold a Dukhan PTW and possess at least 3 to 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector. The role involves implementing health, safety and environment standards on‑site and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform HSE duties for the oil and gas project in Dukhan.
• Apply HSE regulations and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support safe project operations in line with applicable HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Dukhan PTW is mandatory.
• Valid QID and freelance visa required.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety protocols.
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Applicants must be currently located in Qatar and able to provide proof of PTW and visa status.
