Human Resources Manager – Hospitality & Fine Dining

About the role

A leading hospitality organisation in Doha is looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll oversight, compliance and building a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition for the group.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Administer payroll, benefits and ensure HR compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
• Design and deliver training programmes, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD) a plus.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong hospitality background, preferably in restaurants, hotels, catering or F&B.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll administration.
• Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and local HR regulations.
