About the role

Arkan Marketing Services is looking for a proactive, organized Recruiter to join its HR team in Doha on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple vacancies across technology, marketing, supply chain, operations, finance and business support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple vacancies from requirement gathering to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess experience, skills, salary expectations and availability.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed assessment notes.
• Coordinate interviews, practical assessments and feedback loops.
• Oversee the offer process, document collection and joining dates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Adjust sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions and track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and offer acceptance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house or agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across different departments and meet hiring targets.
• Experience recruiting for technology, marketing, supply chain and operations roles is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience using LinkedIn, job portals, candidate databases and direct sourcing methods.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar roles and assess candidates against practical requirements.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and independent work capabilities.
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and immediate availability in Qatar are a plus.
