HVAC (Refrigeration) Technician – Hotel Facilities

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as an HVAC (Refrigeration) Technician and help keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. You will be the go‑to professional for maintaining guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces and heart‑of‑house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders, handling service requests efficiently.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance across multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, identifying and addressing potential issues before they affect operations.
• Document all inspections, repairs and any follow‑up actions in the maintenance system.
