Inside Sales Representative

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Arabic‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our Qatar team. The role focuses on promoting our engineered architectural systems to contractors, consultants, developers and private clients, handling the full sales cycle from inquiry to quotation and follow‑up. You will act as the primary point of contact for inbound sales leads and help expand our market presence across residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Prepare accurate quotations and track them through to closure.
- Coordinate with suppliers, operations and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and sustain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Support project sales documentation and reporting to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain sales records in the CRM system and generate regular performance reports.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in inside sales or construction material sales within Qatar.
- Good understanding of the local construction market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or quotation management systems.
- Familiarity with quotation software.
