Instrumentation Engineer – Petrochemical/Oil & Gas (Doha)

About the role

KinTec Global is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join its long‑term projects in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will work on petrochemical and oil‑and‑gas instrumentation design, delivering reliable solutions for complex plant systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review detailed instrumentation design packages for petrochemical and oil‑and‑gas facilities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, datasheets, and specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate instrumentation solutions into overall plant designs.
• Support engineering design projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform technical and analytical assessments to resolve design issues and optimise system performance.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Qatar.
• Minimum 10 years of instrumentation design engineering experience.
• Proven background in the petrochemical or oil‑and‑gas sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
