Investor Relations Specialist

About the role

The Investor Relations Specialist provides analytical, coordination, and administrative support for Bridge Holding’s investor engagement and fundraising activities. The role maintains accurate limited partner (LP) information, supports investor communications and due‑diligence processes, and assists in preparing performance reports and investor‑facing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and coordination of investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, due‑diligence sessions and annual events.
• Maintain meeting notes, investor requests, action items and follow‑up timelines.
• Keep investor profiles, contact details, commitment history and relationship status up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular data‑quality reviews to identify and correct missing, duplicated or outdated LP information.
• Update fundraising pipelines, investor stages, probability assessments and expected commitment values.
• Assist with subscription documentation, confidentiality agreements, due‑diligence requests and internal fundraising workflows.
• Prepare pitchbooks, presentations, fund summaries, portfolio updates and roadshow materials, validating financial and ESG content with relevant teams.
• Support completion of investor due‑diligence questionnaires and maintain organized, secure data rooms.
• Gather and consolidate fund and portfolio performance data, and help calculate IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI and TVPI under supervision.
• Assist in reviewing capital calls, distributions, commitment balances and investor capital account statements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising coordination or a related finance function.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate data in CRM systems and secure data‑room environments.
• Effective communication and follow‑up skills with internal teams and external investors.
