About the role

Alftek is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead executive and white‑collar hiring for its clients in Doha. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across multiple vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end IT recruitment processes, including executive and white‑collar positions.
• Source qualified IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and various job portals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
• Handle multiple open vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.
• Work on‑site in Doha, adhering to local recruitment regulations and best practices.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of recruitment or manpower consultancy experience in Qatar.
• 6–7 years of total professional experience with hands‑on IT recruitment exposure.
• Proven track record in executive and white‑collar recruitment.
• Preferably experienced in government or semi‑government recruitment.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
