IT Supervisor

About the role

The hotel is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of its technology infrastructure. The role involves providing technical support to all departments, ensuring system availability, and safeguarding data security.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day technical assistance for computers, printers, networks, telephones and hotel-specific systems such as PMS and POS.
• Monitor and maintain servers, Wi‑Fi, workstations and backup solutions, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and security controls to protect against unauthorized access and malware.
• Support system upgrades, installations, and new technology roll‑outs while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors, respond to audit requests and ensure emergency contingency procedures are in place.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of guest and business data.
