About the role
The Digital Workspace & End User Services team is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Doha office. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality technical support for Windows‑based desktop environments and ensuring a smooth end‑user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops, addressing performance issues and user inquiries.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) process, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal of IT assets.
- Utilize IT service management (ITSM) tools to log incidents, track progress, and ensure compliance with service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting Windows desktop environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Required skills
- Windows 10 operating system

- Desktop hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Software and peripheral configuration
