About the role
Agile Recruitment is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist based in Doha to provide remote technical assistance across several companies in its group. You will be the first point of contact for remote IT issues, helping ensure smooth operations and good service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote support for end users, focusing on Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365; experience with Apple and Linux is a plus.
- Train end users in basic operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
- Document support activities and keep accurate records.
- Act as the first line of support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests and keep end users satisfied.
Required profile
- Customer-focused, results-driven and committed to service excellence.
- Self-starter able to work independently, trustworthy and reliable with a can-do attitude.
- Experience supporting users in a multi-company or group environment is a plus.
