About the role
An IT Technical Support Services Tier 1 position is available in Doha, Qatar, for candidates with relevant experience in technical support, desktop support or IT helpdesk. The role covers supporting Windows and macOS systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with IT peripherals and using ticketing systems and remote-support tools.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
- Relevant experience in Tier 1 technical support, desktop support or IT helpdesk
- Immediate availability and a valid Qatar ID (QID) are preferred
Required skills
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, hardware, software and IT peripherals
- Familiarity with remote-support tools, ticketing systems and basic networking
- Troubleshooting and desktop support skills
