Junior Autoline Dealer Management System Specialist

About the role

The Junior Autoline Specialist provides day‑to‑day functional and technical support for the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS) across Almana Group's automotive companies in Doha. Working closely with the Senior Autoline Specialist and IT teams, the role ensures users receive timely assistance and the system supports dealership operations effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine administration, incident handling, and user support for Autoline DMS, including account creation, access rights, and permissions.
• Support automotive business processes such as vehicle sales, aftersales, workshop, parts, warranty, and finance by assisting users with transactions and system functionality.
• Assist in system changes, testing, upgrades, and patches; participate in User Acceptance Testing and document results.
• Maintain data accuracy, monitor integrations, and support reporting requirements, escalating significant issues as needed.
• Prepare and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials; conduct basic user training and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in application or DMS support, preferably in an automotive dealership environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical users and manage multiple support requests.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Autoline DMS or similar automotive dealer management systems.
• Basic SQL and database familiarity.
• Experience with system testing, UAT, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of system interfaces, integrations, and data validation.
• Knowledge of IT service management and information security principles.
