Junior Content & Creative Strategist (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Maison Elaris, an AI-native marketing and experience services company, is expanding its Doha presence and is looking for a Junior Content & Creative Strategist. The role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, social media management and media strategy, developing bilingual social content, editorial calendars and campaign concepts aligned with digital media objectives across Qatar and the wider GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Write, adapt and refine culturally resonant social copy, scripts and captions in Arabic and English for Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X
• Collaborate with design, video and strategy teams on interactive social formats, seasonal activations and trend-jacking ideas
• Own the monthly content calendar, keeping schedules, cross-channel alignment and asset delivery on track
• Manage daily posting, monitor comments and community interactions, and capture real-time audience sentiment
• Partner with the performance and media team on audience segments, creative variations for paid ads and post-campaign reviews
• Track emerging social trends, local Qatari cultural moments and viral formats across the GCC

Required profile

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media management or digital copywriting (agency or fast-paced brand environment preferred)
• Native or fully bilingual Arabic and fluent English (mandatory)
• Currently based in Qatar or eligible to work in Doha

Required skills

• Solid understanding of platform algorithms and best practices on Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut and basic Adobe Suite is a major plus
• Ability to read native analytics (engagement rates, CTR, reach) and apply them to creative planning
